"Our committee and audience absolutely loved Suzy! She was such a blast and full of so much energy, the perfect way to end out our lecture series. People were touched by her openness and appreciated her story of inspiration. She connected with the audience like no other speaker I have seen, and even shared a few personal dances with audience members, our committee and myself included."

"PaceSetters running club of the Fox Cities in WI says "Thank you, Suzy!" From the moment I met Suzy when she arrived for the afternoon running clinic for our club & community, to the last person to leave our general meeting that night, she made each one of us feel special. Suzy is so genuine and down to earth. We had runners ages 12 - 62 attend her afternoon clinic, and we all felt like a family. We ran, laughed and learned. Suzy's career highlight video and her personal story are amazing. Thank you! This was a great and memorable day!"
- Kathy Jankowski, PaceSetters club president July 24, 2008
"Suzy has got the perfect blend of enthusiasm, professionalism, insight, and charm that makes working with her an awesome experience. She has so much knowledge to impart and does so with genuine excitement and passion. Every chance we get to send her to speak we take it."

"As I think of Suzy Favor Hamilton and the incredible display of grace and talent during the many years as one of Drake Relays most accomplished athletes, I am reminded of how she dazzled our fans with an even better personality. Suzy has amazing character and has solidified a place in the hearts and minds of tens of thousands of Drake Relays fans. I am proud that Suzy has remained a proud supporter of America's Athletic Classic. In a more recent event with "Character Counts" in Iowa, Suzy engaged hundreds of high school and middle school athletes, coaches and administrators as she implored them to pursue victory with honor. How appropriate for one of the U.S. most honored ambassador of track and field to take time out to pour out her heart to young men and women in efforts to make a difference in sport. Suzy Favor Hamilton is a Drake Relays Hall of Fame Inductee and will forever be remembered for her tenacity on the track and her generosity off the track."
- Brian Brown, Drake Relays Director
"I just want to say it was a great pleasure to meet Suzy at the Lakeshore Hall of Fame banquet here in Manitowoc, WI. Her speech was so real and sincere and she took time to sign autographs and talk personally to everyone after the banquet. I have been a long time fan and she has re-affirmed my belief in her...she is an amazing runner and even more amazing person. Thank you Suzy...sincerely, Mona"

"The Traverse City Track Club has enjoyed the company of many top athletes but rarely have we ever experienced an evening with someone so engaging, so individual-focused, so great with kids, and frankly, just plain fun! The autograph line after the program was long but Suzy spoke to each person as if they were the only person within miles. Her life time athletic achievements are incredible which served as a motivational learning experience for everyone in the crowd. I would encourage any race or club to include Suzy in their next event."
- Dave Taylor, President Traverse City Track Club
"What a story! I left the presentation tonight so motivated and encouraged I cried. I cried because I heard there was hope from someone I never would have suspected to have felt the way at one point in her life that I am at now. I'm tired of only having triathlons as my outlet in life and now realize I need to find the balance Suzy was talking about tonight."

"Suzy was the perfect addition to our speaker series, since she was inspirational and connected with the students. I was so impressed with her personal touches that she made with each person and the time she took to get to know everyone! Her message was clear, concise and real, which I think made her one of the most effective speakers our group has seen."
- Marissa Looney, University of Wisconsin-Madison Student Leadership Program May 23, 2008
"Suzy, I was at your clinic recently and learned SO much. I learned a lot about you and a lot about myself......as a person, and a parent, and as a runner. Thank you for reinforcing something I thought I already knew. From now on, I plan to run for all the RIGHT reasons, and not worry so much about my speed, or getting those miles in, or trying to meet other people's expectations. You've also made me realize the importance of doing the right thing with my daughter......letting her discover the love for running on her own rather than putting pressure on her to excel. I just returned from a long run and was thinking about all the things you said as I ran along. After about a mile, I realized that I was running with my head up.....looking forward....with good posture and improved form. And it wasn't as if I was even focusing on form.......I was just running with a new, more positive attitude! I felt fantastic! And after the run, felt so invigorated! You have helped to make my running fun again! Thanks for that Suzy. Take care and keep doing what you do. You really do have a great gift. The way you relate to people is like nothing I've ever witnessed. It amazes me that you can be SO positive ALL the time! Before and after your presentation, I watched as strangers came up to talk to you and realized that you treat EVERYONE as if you know them, and that you are truly their friend. WOW! What if everyone in the whole world did that?? I have a new goal now......To treat people the way the Suzy Favor Hamilton does, and.........maybe do a little running too."

"I have known Suzy Favor Hamilton since 1988 and have followed her highly successful track career since she was a freshman at the University of Wisconsin. Wayland Academy invited Suzy to speak to the students and Faculty at the Academy, a private, college preparatory boarding school located in central Wisconsin. No one was prepared for her to be such a dynamic and gifted speaker; she is amazingly comfortable in her skin. The Academy introduced her in one short sentence to the 250 people in attendance; 3-time Olympian and the Big Ten Female Athlete of the Year Award is name in her honor. I know everyone was expecting to hear her talk about her many, many track achievements. However, she decided to speak about her greatest athletic challenge or you could even call it a defeat; the time she fell down at the 2000 Olympics - not just she slipped and fell but she intentionally went down. You could have heard a pin drop. I would strongly encourage any organization interested in motivating their employees by hearing the story of an amazing athlete as well as a tremendously open person to invite Suzy Favor Hamilton to your organization and then prepare yourselves to be wowed as we were."
